For Megan Fox, it's in with bread and out with ink.
The former "Transformers" star has long been known for her distinctive tattoos (thanks in no small part to her propensity to reveal the skin that they adorn), but she recently decided to say goodbye to her most famous ink job of them all: her inner forearm tattoo of Marilyn Monroe's face.
"I'm removing it," she told Italian Magazine Amica, on whose September issue cover she features. "It is a negative character, as she suffered from personality disorders and was bipolar. I do not want to attract this kind of negative energy in my life." Megan Fox Diet Plan
There is also the matter of another change to her body that she's trying to undo; in what is such a universal problem, the Armani Jeans girl says that she got too skinny on her altered diet.
"For a year and a half, until about four months ago, I followed a strict vegan diet based on raw fruits and vegetables, no bread, sugar and coffee," Fox revealed. "But I had lost too much weight. So now I eat a bit of everything. I train three times a week doing circuit training with my trainer Harley.

Harley Pasternak is a renowned fitness trainer who works with several celebrities. He revealed in an interview with Starlounge UK that Megan is now following his 5 Factor Diet which is based on eating 5 small meals a day containing healthy fats, lean protein, fibre and a non-sugar drink. This is a diet followed by various celebrities in Hollywood, such as Halle Berry, Katy Perry, Rihanna, Alessandra Ambrosio, Lady Gaga and many more others. Pasternak also says that:
%u201CMegan Fox Workout" wants her body to reflect who she is. She looks awesome. She%u2019s natural, softly spoken and her personality shines through her fantastic shape. Megan%u2019s also lucky because her husband Brian Austin Green follows the same workout routine. They share the same enthusiasm for a healthy lifestyle which is fantastic too.%u201D

So there are all these websites claiming they have the Megan Fox workout.  There are blogs and squidoo lenses and all kinds of stuff...  that're all totally made up.
Turns out there is no Megan Fox Workout
Megan Fox started working out, for like 5 minutes, after she filmed Transformers 2.  Guess what?  She was already hot in Transformers 1.
Yep, it's true...  she didn't have to work out or eat right to get that body.
You probably know someone like that.
Do You Know Megan Fox?
She's your friend who doesn't work out or eat right, and looks awesome anyway.
We hate her.
Except that we don't.  We want to be her.  We just wish that we could not workout and not eat right and look hot too.
I can't tell you how many clients I've had that have told me "But I've got this one friend, she just does Pilates like once every three weeks and she eats what ever she wants!"
Look, we all wish that would work for us.
But it isn't going to happen.

This is Megan's "Before" Picture
We fall into the other 97% of people who have to watch what we eat and work out.
That's ok, we just have to be real about it.
Most of us have to eat really carefully if we want to look like a rockstar.
Most of us have to do smart Megan Fox Workout Diet if we don't want to be stoked about our body.
If You Aren't Genetically Gifted:
Here is the reality check:
1.) If you are overweight, you need to eat less.
2.) If you are skinny fat, you need to do smarter workouts.
It's about that simple.
I ain't mad at Megan Fox.
I'm happy for her.
But my clients aren't her.  I'm not her.  You aren't her.
The workout and diet has to change if you want new results.

Ever since the first of the Transformer%u2019s series came out, Google has been overflowing with searches on how to look like Megan Fox Workout , what the Megan Fox workout is, what the Megan Fox diet is, Todays post will cover, based on research, the Megan Fox Transformers Workout and Diet, and hopefully satisfy those yearning to look like Megan Fox. As I always say, if you put in the effort, show patience and persistence, you will achieve the body you are looking for.

As a little side note, I%u2019ll be making comments about the Rosie Huntington-Whiteley workout and diet also. Rosie Huntington-Whiteley will be playing the sidekick girl in the new Transformers movie, Transformers: Dark Side of the Moon.
As you can tell by the photo below, and the official trailer below, the Rosie Huntington workout and diet really got her in shape for the movie, although she technically is required to be in shape, as she is a Victoria Secrets model.

Like I said, I assume Rosie Huntington-Whiteley%u2019s workout is quite similar to Megan Fox%u2019s workout. They both had to train for similar action scenes, which means similar trainers and similar movements. Megan Fox%u2019s workout consisted of two phases, and she repeated those two phases three times a week with her trainer.
The first phase was an abs circuit which consisted of crunches, planks, leg raises, and supermans. She would perform each exercise for as many repetitions as possible in 30 seconds, then move onto the next exercise.
Each of the 10 abdominal exercises she chose for the day would be done for 30 seconds, following each other, and repeated two more times. After going through the 10 exercises once, there would be a 90 second rest period, then she would move onto the next interval, rest 90 seconds, and move onto the last. This could take different amounts of time depending on the person and how much rest they actually take.
The second phase of the Megan Fox workout consisted of intervals or what many call, Interval training, at its most basic level, is rotating periods of high-intensity work and low-intensity work/rest. In this instance, bodyweight intervals and a stationary bike were used for the intervals. I%u2019ll give examples of a workout with each of those below.
Sample Interval Style Bodyweight Workout:
Push-ups 30 seconds
Pull-up or other Row movement 30 seconds
Air Squat 30 seconds
Rest 60-120 seconds
Repeat 5-8 times
Now, the important thing to keep in mind above is to work hard during work intervals and rest completely during rest intervals. Work hard enough to the point where you are challenging yourself, but still maintaining proper form. And rest enough to complete the next interval with form and intensity.
Sample Interval Style Cycling Workout:
Warm-up cycling for 3-5 minutes
60 seconds sprint cycle
1-3 minutes low-intensity cycling
Repeat 5-8 times
Cool-down
Once again, focus on form and intensity.
A little review: The abs circuit is performed first, then followed by the interval training circuit. This is repeated 3 or 4 times a week, depending on how well you can maintain form and recover from each consecutive workout. Like I always say, form and safety is first if you plan on maintaining your fitness throughout your life.
The Philosophy:
As you can see, there is no formal weight lifting included in the  Megan Fox Workout Diet , which I assume is also the truth in the Rosie Huntington workout because of her profession as a model. Often times, models avoid weight lifting to keep the slim and sexy look, not that cannot be achieved through weight lifting. It might actually be easier with weight lifting because of the benefits it offers in terms of insulin sensitivity and resting calorie expenditure.
